AI Agents is the most-used Wittify product. You build an agent in a 6 or 7-step wizard, deploy it to your website, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, X, Telegram, and your phone lines, then manage the live agent from a per-agent dashboard with conversations, leads, tickets, campaigns, and analytics.

Common questions

Around 10 to 15 minutes for an unrushed first pass through the wizard. The wizard saves your progress as soon as you finish the first step, so you can always come back later.
No. The whole AI Agents flow is no-code. You’ll write your agent’s instructions and (optionally) some FAQs in plain English or Arabic. If you want to plug in your own backend, see Integrations & Tools.
The agent type is set when you create the agent and can’t be switched after. If you need a different type, create a new agent. You can copy your knowledge base and most settings across by hand.
The Dashboard shows aggregated numbers across every agent. The Manage Agent Overview shows the same kind of numbers for one agent at a time, plus richer per-channel and per-intent breakdowns.
Into the Leads & Tickets inbox. From there you can filter, take action, and export to CSV. You can also forward each new record to a CRM or a webhook from Integrations & Tools.
Yes. Every agent is bilingual by default. The widget detects your customer’s language and replies in the same one. Add or remove languages from the Appearance step.
