Wittify is a unified workspace with five products, accessible from the system switcher at the top of the sidebar. You sign in once, switch products in one click, and your account, billing, profile, notifications, and team settings are shared across all of them. This page is the orientation map. Pick a product card to jump straight in, or skim the sections below for what each one does.

The five products

Every product in the table below has its own page in the docs sidebar (start at the Overview under each system) and matches the system switcher labels in the app verbatim.

How the dashboard is laid out

When you sign in at app.wittify.ai, you land in the AI Agents dashboard by default. Three areas of the screen stay constant, no matter which product you’re in:

Sidebar (start edge)Product logo at the top, the system switcher dropdown right below it, the navigation for the active product in the middle, and the shared Plan card, Sub-users, Notification Settings, Settings, and Help entries at the bottom. The sidebar is theme-aware, collapses to a 60-pixel rail on desktop with the toggle button below the logo, and slides in from the start edge on mobile via the hamburger menu.
TopbarPage-specific breadcrumbs on the start edge, then a row of icons on the end edge: language switcher (EN / AR), theme toggle (light / dark / system), notifications bell, and your profile avatar. The avatar dropdown holds Settings, User Activities, Plans and Subscriptions, and Log Out. The notifications bell shows No notifications. You’re all caught up when there is nothing to read.
Floating chat widgetThe Wittify marketing chat is mounted on every page. The bottom-end corner shows a circular launcher; click it to chat with the Wittify support agent. The action bars on every settings page reserve extra end-side padding so the launcher never covers the Save Changes button.
The system switcher in the sidebar is the only way to change products. Pick AI Agents to land on the AI Agents dashboard; pick any other product to land on its home page.

Common questions

Yes. One Wittify account gives you access to every product. Switch between them with the system switcher in the sidebar. Billing, profile, notifications, and team are shared across all of them.
The Coming Soon page only shows on products you do not have access to yet, or on placeholder routes. AI Agents, Contact Center QA, Chat with Your Documents, Speech to Text, and Text to Speech are all live; if you see Coming Soon for one of these, refresh the page or sign out and back in.
That is correct. The switcher flips the URL prefix, the page reloads, the layout mirrors (sidebar moves to the right edge, menus open from the right), and the font changes to IBM Plex Sans Arabic. Click again to flip back.
That is the Wittify support widget. Use it to chat with our support agent, schedule onboarding, or ask product questions. It is not the same as the agents you build inside AI Agents; those are previewed via Test Your Agent on each agent’s manage page.
Some plans gate access to specific products. Open Plans and Subscriptions in the profile dropdown to see your current plan and either upgrade or contact sales.
The agent’s settings live under AI Agents → Manage Agent → Agent Settings. The seven configurable sections (Text Settings, Voice Settings, Appearance, Knowledge Base, Tickets and Leads, Integrations and Tools, Deployment) each have their own deep-dive in the AI Agents Wizard Steps group.
