This page is the orientation map for billing. It explains what each plan does, what add-ons exist, and how to find every billing surface in the app. The full per-control reference (every dialog, every dropdown, every validation message) lives at Account → Plans and Subscriptions. Stripe handles every payment; Wittify never holds your card data.

The plan ladder

Five plans. Sandbox is free; the rest are paid monthly or yearly. The country / currency selector at the top of the Plans and Add-Ons tab mirrors the marketing site (US, SA, QA, AE, EG).

Every plan, including Sandbox, supports unlimited AI agents. Plans differ on credits, voice minutes, channels, knowledge base size, support tier, branding, and analytics depth, not on the number of agents you can build. The exact quotas live on the marketing pricing page and on the Plans and Add-Ons tab inside the app.

How to read each plan

Every plan card on the Plans and Add-Ons tab shows:

Add-ons (top-ups and services)

You can buy extras without changing your plan:

Top-upsExtra text conversations or voice minutes. Use a quantity stepper (1 to 20) to pick how many packs to buy. Stripe handles checkout.
ServicesOne-time services (e.g. expert prompt design, custom integration help). Click Buy to start a Stripe checkout.
FeaturesSubscription features that lock onto your account (extra channels, white-label, etc.). The card shows an Active badge once enabled. Disable removes the feature on the next billing cycle.
The Auto-Recharge card under the add-ons grid is opt-in. Pick a threshold (100, 200, 500, or 1000 credits) and a pack size; when your balance drops below the threshold, Stripe charges automatically and adds the pack. The switch is off by default.

Where every billing surface lives

Resume after cancelOverview tab → Resume Subscription (visible while you’re still in the paid period).
Add or change a cardPayment Method tab → Add Card. The default card is starred.
Remove a cardPayment Method tab → row’s Remove action. Confirmation dialog with the card last four digits.
Download invoicesBilling History tab → row’s Download link.
Retry a failed invoiceBilling History tab → Retry Payment button on failed or open invoices. Opens a secure retry page.
Export billing history as CSVBilling History tab → Export CSV button at the top.

Quick FAQ

QuestionAnswer
Can I be on yearly for one product and monthly for another?No, the plan covers your whole Wittify workspace. The period (monthly / yearly) is per workspace.
Are upgrades pro-rated?Yes. The Plan change confirmation dialog shows Due today (prorated) before you submit.
Are downgrades pro-rated?Downgrades surface a credit on account that applies to the next invoice. The dialog shows the credit amount.
Does cancelling delete my data?No. Cancelling moves your account to Sandbox at the end of the billing cycle. Agents, conversations, and projects stay; quotas drop to Sandbox limits.
Will I lose access during a billing dispute?No. Active subscriptions stay active until either the cycle ends or you cancel. The past-due banner appears for failed payments; settle the open invoice to clear it.
What happens at 100% of my quota?Voice and chat traffic continue, but you’re charged at the overage rate. Top up before that to keep predictable bills.
Can I see who in my company changed the plan?The change is recorded against the workspace owner. Per-user audit lives on User Activities.
What payment methods are supported?Credit and debit cards via Stripe today. Other methods are coming.

Common questions

Profile dropdown → Plans & SubscriptionsOverview. The Current Plan card shows the next billing date and the running usage meters. Open Billing History for past invoices.
That happens when the only difference is monthly vs yearly, not the plan tier. Click it; the change dialog explains the period switch and the proration math.
You’re already on Sandbox, or the subscription is in a state Stripe doesn’t allow cancelling from (rare; usually a payment in flight). Refresh the page; if it persists, contact support.
The toggle is on the Plans and Add-Ons tab and saves only when you click a plan CTA. Switching tabs without confirming a change reverts the visual state.
Billing History → click the invoice row → Download. The PDF is generated by Stripe and includes your billing address and any tax line items.
The selector is seeded from the country we detect on your IP. You can change it manually; the change writes a cookie so the marketing site and the in-app pricing stay consistent. The cookie does not affect tax — Stripe re-derives tax at checkout from billing address and Stripe Tax rules.
The page refreshes every 30 seconds, so payment updates land within roughly 30 seconds. If the balance hasn’t moved after a minute, refresh the tab. If it still hasn’t moved, check the Billing History tab for an open or failed invoice.
Open the Auto-Recharge card and confirm the pack size matches what you expected. The threshold and the pack are independent; the threshold triggers a charge, the pack determines what arrives.
The Sub-users surface (sidebar System → Sub-users) is being rolled out; until then, contact support to invite or remove team members.
